BDS (Otago)

Albertene graduated with her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Otago University in 2020. 

After graduation she spent two years working as a Dental House Surgeon for the Capital and Coast DHB. Here she provided dental care for a wide variety of patients including medically compromised, special needs, children and inpatients. She also worked as the on-call dentist servicing the Wellington Hospital Emergency Department. 

Albertene is passionate about all aspects of dentistry but this early start to her career has given her a keen interest in oral surgery and dental trauma.
